this is how we roll...

One of our favorite aunt's sent the kids Target gift cards in the mail. After spending over an hour in the toys section and looking at every Iron Man, Batman, Capt. America, and whatever else they have in the boys section now the boys decided to get skateboards. The boys love anything with wheels.

mastering manual..

I am on a mission to be able to get great pictures by shooting in manual mode on my camera. I love photography, and have become more interested in having great pictures. The only problem is, I have 4 small children that don't like to be still. I have found so many helpful blogs and websites through pinterest. I wish I had the time to sit down everyday and read them but I don't. I have made a folder on my computer so I can quickly access them. Here are a few of the ones I took at a park the other day. I am sure I could make them "pop" a little more if I had photoshop. Maybe it will sow up under the tree this year. ;-)

Picture perfect...

Caroline will be a year old in 2 weeks. I can't believe it. She was my smallest baby weighing in at a whopping 6lbs 6oz. 

She has become quite the little ham. I think she weighs about 23lbs now and she is climbing on everything. Tonight she let me know she was ready to get out of the bathtub.

On another note...I started a project that I found on pinterest. DIY canvas prints. I ordered my pictures from mpix. I am a little picky when it comes to printing photos so I have to wait for them to arrive before I can finish my canvases. But, tonight I painted the edges so they will be ready when the prints get here!

Yes, we had pizza for dinner! I used the box to put the paint on!! Worked great!
